Bars in Dubai are easier to rank than the city's clubs, and the ratings say so. The 35 bars, pubs and lounges Tizy has revealed in Dubai with a Google rating average 4.65, and 16 of them sit at 4.8 or higher (measured 2026-09-30, tizy-db). Five carry a perfect 5.0, and two of those share one address: Tap Line, a 5.0 across 229 reviews, and The Ledge Rooftop, a 5.0 across 226, both on Level P3 of Central Park Towers in DIFC. The other three are Rose Bar on Bluewaters Island at 164, Moon Bar by MiMi in the Opera District at 107, and CnC DXB, the rooftop pub on the Carlton Dubai Creek in Deira, at 69. Five perfect scores, 795 reviews between them. The 4.9 tier is where the volume is: OK11 Sports Lounge on Al Fahidi Street at 1,388 reviews, Boom Battle Bar on The Walk in Dubai Marina at 1,371, IZEL Lounge in the JW Marriott Marquis in Business Bay at 1,355, La Librairie Lounge on the third floor of the Address Boulevard at 1,075, then GABA on the Marina Promenade, ALTO 54 downtown in the AED 500+ band, Cheers Pub in Al Jadaf and DECK TOO by the Burj Khalifa. Eight rooms, 6,761 reviews, none under a 4.9. So the best bars in Dubai are not a matter of taste on this page. They are the 4.9s with four digits of reviews, and the 5.0s are the ones to go and check. Now the part the other lists leave out. Tizy's live events calendar for Dubai is one of the thinnest on the whole feed: 16 upcoming listings, which ties Dubai with Chubu, Johannesburg and Vilnius at 129th of the 423 cities carrying at least one, 0.11 percent of the 14,786 upcoming events on the feed, against 1,014 for London and 918 for Berlin. Those 16 sit at nine venue names, The Penthouse Dubai and Bohemia Beach Club hold four apiece, four are still TBA placeholders, and not one of the nine is a bar on this page. In Berlin you can pick a night by what is on. In Dubai, for now, pick by the rating and the review count, and treat what's on as a signal that is still filling in. The practical part is the licence. Twenty of the 35 rooms carry a hotel, resort or airport in their name or address, because that is where the licence lives, so the lobby is the door and the drinking age is 21. DIFC is the exception. Its five bars, Tap Line, The Ledge Rooftop, Moonshine, Jass Lounge and Alma, run from the Gate Village and Central Park Towers with no lobby in the way, and they average 4.76. Hours are longer than the pub trade elsewhere. Thirty-four of the 35 post them, 21 keep the same hours all seven days, and on a Friday the most common close is 3 AM, 14 rooms, then 2 AM with 12. Two go to 4: La Librairie Lounge every night, Moonshine on Friday and Saturday, which then shuts Sunday and Monday. The Ledge Rooftop closes at midnight and opens only four nights. Skyview Bar on the 27th floor of the Burj Al Arab is done by 11:30 PM, and Budweiser Bar, airside at DXB Terminal 3, never closes. Thirteen of the 34 pour from noon or earlier, ALTO 54 from 9 AM, and the pubs in Dubai are the daytime rooms: Cheers Pub and Crown & Lion open at 11:30, OK11 at noon. Rooftop bars in Dubai, cocktail bars in Dubai, the sports bars and the English pubs are all in this one list, ranked the same way, and the review count is not the ranking. The clubs index sits beside this one, the hub holds the whole city, and the neighborhood guide says which zone to start in. You don't have to guess which of these rooms is alive tonight. Tap it and listen.
