$quib + Chris Olsen

corecore's back at Cinetol with a transatlantic double bill: $quib, fresh off June's Erring on Halcyon Veil, working pop fragments into glitchy electronics and jazz turns, and Chris Olsen running a solo set between folk balladry and acoustic-guitar computer improv — karaoke interludes included. Both musicians are New York transplants playing a room built for exactly this kind of genre refusal.
