Robinbird presents: Music for the Information Age

OT301 gets the live preview of Robinbird's new record Music for the Information Age the night before it's officially out — thirteen tracks of glitchy electronics and distorted guitar that took three years to finish. Sio's Orange Core opens, pairing hyper-soul vocals with dance-pit energy that has nothing to do with the headliner's sound and somehow still works as a pairing. OT301 is a cultural center on Overtoom, not a conventional club, so come for the record and the visuals, not a door policy.
