Excursions

Excursions pulls into The California Clipper for a stop on its rotating series, with Cordell Johnson and James Vincent splitting the night's selections. Five dollars at the door, 21+ — about as low a bar to clear as Chicago nightlife sets. The Clipper usually runs karaoke and trivia nights in this same room, so a 4.6 from 780 reviews is coming from people who know it both ways, not just as a dance floor.
